By accessing or using the Music Planner platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2.Description of Service

Music Planner provides a collaborative music planning platform that allows users to create band spaces, upload and stem-split songs, and plan gig setlists.

3.User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4.User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it within the platform.

• You must have the right to upload any content you share
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• Deleted content may persist in backups for up to 30 days

5.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

6.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7.Limitation of Liability

Music Planner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
